Exchange & return
MILFEY SHOP reserves the right to reject returns without a prior request from the customer.
Reasons and Procedures:
a. Return Due to Dissatisfaction
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days without justification. The period begins upon receipt of the product by you or a third party (other than the carrier).
To exercise this right:
- Notify MILFEY SHOP via info@milfey-shop.com, providing the order number and a clear withdrawal statement.
- Return the product in its original packaging with all accessories (manuals, receipts, protective films, etc.) within 14 days of notification.
- You will bear return shipping costs unless the error is attributable to MILFEY SHOP.
Refund Process:
For card payments: Refunds will be issued to the card within 5–30 business days, depending on the card type (debit/credit) and bank.
b. Return of Defective Goods (Damage During Delivery)
If the product arrives damaged:
- Note the defect on the courier’s delivery note immediately.
- Email photos of the damaged product and a copy of the delivery note to info@milfey-shop.com within 24 hours.
- MILFEY SHOP will arrange a free replacement. Return shipping costs are covered by the company.
c. Return of Incorrect Product
If the received product does not match the order:
- Notify MILFEY SHOP via info@milfey-shop.com, specifying the order number and discrepancy.
- Return the product in its original packaging.
- MILFEY SHOP will ship the correct product at no additional cost.
Important: Returns are only accepted if the product’s packaging is intact and shows no signs of use.
MILFEY SHOP may reject returns if the product:
- Has been used
- Is damaged due to improper storage or use
- Lacks original tags/stickers
