Carrier & Tracking

Delivery is carried out via the DHL transport company.
After your order is confirmed and handed over to the delivery service, you will receive an email with a tracking number. To track the status of your order, enter the tracking number on the DHL website.

Shipping Costs

• Free delivery on orders over €100.
• A €5 delivery fee applies to orders under €100.

Delivery Time

• Delivery across Spain: 3-5 business days
• Delivery to other EU countries: 3-10 business days (destination-dependent)

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer.
