Payment Methods

Our website offers secure order payments via Stripe.
After confirming your order, you will be redirected to Stripe's secure payment page, where you can choose your payment method (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Link, Amazon Pay, Bancontact, EPS, etc.). You will then need to enter the required details (card information, full name, address, and other data depending on your chosen payment method).
After successful payment, an electronic receipt will be sent to your email address. The receipt contains all details of the payment transaction.

Refunds

For orders paid on the website via bank card, refunds can only be issued to the same bank card used for the original payment.
Refunds are processed via bank transfer to the details provided in the refund request form. Please ensure all details are filled out accurately in the form to allow us to transfer the funds to you promptly. Please double-check the information when completing the form.
The refund will be credited to your bank account within 5-30 business days (processing time depends on your bank).
