Cleanse your hair and scalp using a gentle product, preferably from the Méthode Régénérante line, then towel-dry your hair thoroughly.

Distribute approximately two-thirds of a single ampoule's contents directly onto your scalp along clean partings.

Using your fingertips, apply gentle, rhythmic pressure to massage the elixir into the skin. Do not rinse it out.

Distribute the remaining one-third of the concentrate lightly through the lengths of your damp hair to boost baseline elasticity and structural defense.
