After shampooing, gently squeeze excess water out of your hair with a towel.

Work a generous amount into the mid‑lengths and ends, massaging specifically into the most damaged parts.

Leave the treatment on for 3‑5 minutes to absorb, or up to 10 minutes for more intensive repair.

Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
