Cleanse System Hydrating Toner

Applied after the Energizing Cleansing Gel or the Gentle Cleansing Milk.

Aqua (Water), Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Panthenol, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Water, Allantoin, Propanediol, Sorbitol, Tocopherol, Sodium Lauriminodipropionate, Sodium Gluconate, Caprylhydroxamic Acid, Parfum (Fragrance), Citric Acid, BHT, Alcohol, Phenoxyethanol, CI 42090 (Blue 1).

Apply the Hydrating Toner to the dry face after cleansing. 

Rub 3 pumps into the palm of your hand and apply it to your face. 

Let the toner absorb and do not rinse it off. 

Then, you can proceed with an exfoliant or a serum.
