Apply generously to the face. 

Leave on for 15 - 20 minutes. 

After 15 to 20 minutes, gently massage in to facilitate absorption or, if necessary, remove excess with a moistened QMS sponge or tissue. 

Can be used 3 times a week as a night mask.
