Always shake the bottle thoroughly before dispensing to evenly distribute the heavy concentration of botanical extracts and essential oils.

Apply 5 to 15 ml of shampoo to damp hair, depending on your hair length. Work in a little water, massage into a gentle lather, and wash the scalp to sweep away environmental debris and style buildup. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Apply a smaller amount again to the damp scalp, work up a rich lather, and leave it on for 2 to 3 minutes. This pause allows the active stem cells, saw palmetto, and lactic acid to absorb into the follicles before your final warm rinse.
